QSEHRA is a Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement.  Employers with fewer than 50 full time employees and no group health plan are eligible for a QSEHRA.   ICHRA is an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement in which employers of any size can offer employees a set amount of reimbursement for eligible healthcare coverage and expenses. Both plans allow employers to provide tax-free reimbursements to employees for healthcare coverage they obtain on their own.
